Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged from 18 to 35 years; 2. schizophrenia patients according to DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; 3. Signed consent forms; 4. The patient's condition did not improve after taking a sufficient dose of first-line antipsychotic medication for 2 weeks, and PANSS > 60.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy; 2. participated in other related studies in 30 days; 3. accepted ECT or rTMS treatment in 6 months; 4. history of psychoactive substance abuse; 5. exists ECT-related contraindications; 6. exists anesthesia risk of cardiovascular disease; 7. history of epilepsy; 8. combined with affective psychotic symptoms; 9. high suicide risk before admission; 10. nnon-Shenzhen permanent residents, or the address is not clear and do not want to receive follow-up.
