Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the object of study for the November 2016 to December 2018 three hospitals of COPD stabilization outpatients; 2. in accordance with COPD western medicine diagnostic criteria of stability and comprehensive assessment in COPD group A, B, C; 3. aged between 40 and 65 years old, the elementary school or above; 4. can be observed for treatment, and all the inspectors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not comply with the western medicine diagnostic criteria of COPD stabilization; 2. Patients with COPD comprehensive evaluation group D; 3. with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, serious illness, mental patients; 4. during pregnancy and lactation women; 5. history of alcohol or drug abuse; 6. hearing disabilities; 7. other ongoing movement way of pulmonary rehabilitation project; 8. adherence is poor, not according to stipulations, unable to judge the curative effect or data not congruent affect curative effect judgment.
