Stage II skull ear reconstruction and bone bridge hearing aid implantation
Other side:Stage I reconstruction of the auricle
Stage II reconstruction of cranial ear angle

Age
6 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 35 patients aged 6 to 60 years, chest circumference >60cm; 2. Bilateral Microtia with atresia of external acoustic meatus; 3. Bone conduction hearing threshold <45dB HL (500Hz1K Hz2K Hz4KHz); 4. The informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a severe systemic infection or systemic disease; 2. Patients with allergies; 3. Patients pregnancy; 4. Mental patients; 5. The informed consent was not signed; 6. The researchers considered patients not participating in this clinical trial.
