Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnosis criteria of severe pneumonia by 2016 China's adult community-acquired pneumonia diagnosis and treatment guidelines; (2) aged > 65 years; (3) signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who participated in other clinical trials within 1 month; (2) psychiatric patients; (3) hemorrhagic disease and thromboembolic disease, patients have a history of major surgery within three months; (4) for severe liver, kidney failure, severe patients with disease of heart head blood-vessel.
