65 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) olderly subjects aged between 65 years old and 89 years old; 2) Meet the NINCDS-ADRDA diagnostic criteria for probable or possible AD; 3) Signed consent forms by Patients legal guardian; 4) Were in the mild to moderate stage of dementia, clinical dementia rating(CDR) score between 1.0-2.0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's too old or too young; 2. A diagnosis of cognitive impairment by othe types, such as vasculer, Lewy body type and mixed, other than Alzheimers disease; 3. severe hearing difficulties, severe sensory impairment; 4. severe or acute physical illness. 5. High level of agitation.
