Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) satisfy the diagnosis of the internal haemorrhoids and have to be the Grade II-III haemorrhoids; (2) Aged 18-65 years, male or female; (3) No surgical contraindication; (4) No instrument and surgical therapy history in past six months; (4) Signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) emergency and past history of PPH; (2) Comorbided with anal benign diseases such as anal fissure, anal fistula, anal abscess, et al. (3) Comorbided with inflammatory bowl diseases and protitis; (4) Colorectal carcinoma; (5) Major chronic comorbidities such as cardio-cerebrovascular diseases; (6) kidney diseases, liver diseases; (7) anticoagualion; (8) cases with immunosuppressive disease; (9) pregnant women or in the menstrual period; (10) Comorbided severe mental disorders.
