Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. typical symptoms including reflux and heartburn; 3. need to take drugs every day longer than 6 months; 4. reflux exisistence in 24h PH monitoring; 5. relaxation of LES.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. hiatus hernia>2cm; 2. severe OSAHS; 3. collagen abnormal formation intravascular; 4. pregent women; 5. severe heart, heptic or kidney disease.
