Control group:Use bipolar electrocautery during the hysteroscopy surgery

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients desired pregnancy are diagnosed with intrauterine adhesions by clinical symptoms and preoperative imaging, and diagnosed with II-III level by the hysteroscopy; 2. Trauma to the basalis layer of the endometrium results from intrauterine operation; 3. Patients are prepared to be treated by hysteroscopy surgery; 4. Female patients with sexual life aged between 20 and 40 years old; 5. Patients are willing to cooperate with the follow-up and sign informed consent; 6. Patients are suitable for participating in this clinical trials considered by clinicians; 7. Patients have no serious visceral disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trauma to the basalis layer of the endometrium doesnt result from intrauterine operation; 2. Patients are unable to accept hysteroscopy surgery; 3. Patients with other diseases causing oligomenorrhea; 4. Patients with acute inflammation, tumor or other medical and surgical disease; 5. Patients without requirements of pregnancy or menstruation; 6. Patients are unable to adhere to the follow-up.
