Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-60 years old, male or female; 2. Leg pain and low back pain, leg pain was typical sciatic nerve distribution of regional pain; 3. Skin sensory disturbances by nerve distribution; 4. There are two signs of the four neurological signs (muscle atrophy, motor weakness, hypoesthesia and reduced radiation); 5. Who voluntarily joined the trial and signed the "informed consent".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: One of the following circumstances, can not be included in the test: 1. History of Spinal Surgery; 2. Severe history of spinal injury; 3. Imaging findings of spinal bone tumors, tuberculosis, osteoporosis and other patients; 4. Cardiovascular, hematopoietic, digestive system and other serious diseases or mental illness; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. There are other autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases and acute and chronic infection; 8. Do not want to join the experiment.
