Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Moderate and severe BPH patients, accompanied by the symptoms of lower urinary tract obstruction(IPSS>10, QOL =4), affecting the quality of life; 2. BPH patients were examined by rectal ultrasound, measuring the volume of prostate in the range of 20 ~ 100ml; 3. Serum total PSA4ng/ml but biopsy excluded prostate cancer; 4. There is no serious medical disease, no bladder stones and tumors and other complications of the need for other surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurogenic bladder and severe urinary tract infection; 2. postoperative pathological reports as Prostate cancer or prostatic intraethelial neoplasia(PIN); 3. Patients with poor compliance or other situations the researchers believe that is not eligible for inclusion.
