Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and more; 2. Recieved invasive mechanically ventilated for=4hrs; 3. Awake, a Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale (RASS) score of -1 to +1; 4. Feel dyspnea; 5. agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult to communicate (auditory or visual impairment, insufficient command of Mandarin); 2. With psychiatric or cognitive disorders history.
