18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged at least 18 years; 2. a new focal neurological deficits; 3. met diagnostic criteria of NMOSD; 4. normal liver and kidney function, blood cell, urine examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. abnormal expression or disturbance of consciousness,instable vital signs; 2. diabetes, hyperthyroidism and other endocrine disorders; 3. severe mental illness patients who cannot be cooperated; 4. patients with severe liver or kidney disease and severe systemic chronic wasting disease; 5. gastrointestinal or other bleeding disorder within a mongth; 6. history of myelodysplastic syndrome; 7. use of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 8. plaque decrease by using injection of heparin or low molecular weight heparin or heparin; 9. history of relative drug allergy; 10. history of important surgeries a week ago; 11. can not cooperate in clinical trial.
