standard group:Standard protocol controls SBP between 120 to 140mmHg

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. primary hypertension. 2. plasma homocysteine level greater than 10µmol/L. 3. aged less than 65 years old. 4. must accord with one of the following conditions (1) aged greater than 40 years old accompany with peripheral arterial disease or TIA history or ischemic stroke history; (2) aged greater than 55 years old, at the same time,have two of the followings (explicit atherosclerosis history, albuminuria, left ventricle hypertrophy, hyperlipidemia, smoking,obesity, Fib>3g/L, CRP>10mg/L); (3) diabetes; (4) MTHFR gene type was TT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. uncontrolled hyertension (msDBP=110mmHg and /or msSBP=180mmHg); 2. secondary hypertension; 3. use more than 3 anti-hypertension medicines; 4. definite postural hypotension; 5. isolated systolic hypertension; 6. stroke in acute phase; 7. myocardial infarction history or severe coronary disease history; 8. common carotid artery stenosis greater than =50%; 9. severe hepatic dysfunction or renal dysfunction(ALT greater than 3 times the upper limit of normal,serum creatinine greater than 2 times the upper limit of normal); 10. expectation of life less than 5 years; 11. bad compliance,drug abuse or other conditions considerd by the researcher.
