Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female children aged yanger than 3 years; 2. Patients have had a definite diagnosis of Sturge-Weber Syndrome; 3. Diagnostic criteria (at least meet 2 criterias below): (1) intraocular pressure >21mmHg (take the general anesthesia factor to patients into accout); (2) high Cup to Disc ratio or there are obvious asymmetry C/D between two eyes (=0.2); (3) cornea changes: Haab striae, corneal edema or corneal diameter increases. 4. Patients or their guardians are willing to attend the research and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients don't meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Patients are not the first time to have an anti-glaucoma operation; (3) Patients have severe systemic disease; (4) Other factors that researcher identified not suitable to the study; (5) Patients or their guardians refuse to sign the informed consent form.
