Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 15 to 65 years; 2. agreed to participate in this trial, understand and sign informed consent; 3. no implant contraindication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Wound infection, or infection although healed but less than six months; 2. patients with intracranial hypertension; 3. Open brain injury debridement is not complete, there are still foreign body survivors; 4. Severe neurological mental disorders; 5. Implantation contraindication.
