Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma by pathology; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 3. No invasion of vena cava or main branches of portal vein 4. Liver function of Child-Pugh A 5. No multiple histories of upper abdominal surgery 6. No severe organic diseases of heart, lung, kidney, et al.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to anticipate; 2. Extrahepatic metastasis is suspected or accompanying with other types of tumor; 3. Other organs except for gall bladder and spleen are involved during surgery.
