Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients who taking anticholinergic drugs after 3 months has not been significantly improved neurogenic bladder overactivity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with urinary retention; patients with overactive bladder in the past due to various reasons (Dementia, urinary tract tumors, urolithiasis, unhealed urinary tract infections, or history of urinary tract surgery); patients who needed significant fluid infusions or drugs that affected urination; patients with concurrent serious organic diseases; patients with severe cognitive functional disorders (Mini-Mental State Examination score < 22 points); patients who were unable to communicate effectively; and patients who were unable to provide accurate survey information or to complete the treatment period.
