Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-35 year old; 2. The diameter of knee cartilage defect is larger than 2cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have other system disease; 2. Severe knee joint disease or deformity.
