Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In order to be included in this trial, participants have to be: 1. diagnosed with frozen shoulder according to the diagnostic methods in protocol; 2. between 40 to 60-year-old; 3. free of immune dysfunction, genetic disorders, or severe cardiovascular diseases; 4. free from any kind of drugs or therapy before inclusion; 5. be able to understand and accept all trial procedures and cooperate with clinical physicians' practices.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with any one of the following conditions will be excluded from this trial: 1. pregnancy; 2. severe heart, liver, or renal dysfunction, tumor; 3. any hematological, respiratory, or cardiovascular disease; 4. any psychiatric disorder; 5. severe nervous dysfunction; 6. shoulder sleeve tearing, tuberculosis, fracture; 7. any disorders that may confound the assessment of Chinese chiropractic therapy efficacy, such as root type cervical spondylosis syndrome, lung cancer; 8. ongoing analgesic drug use; 9. have received other therapies for frozen shoulder before inclusion.
