Interventions

local injection of cobalamin group:local injections of methylcobalamin and lidocaine
conventional injection of cobalamin group: routine injections of mecobalamin and lidocaine
control group:local injections of lidocaine

50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects had to be aged>50 and <75; 2. a confirmed diagnosisof PHN lasting within 3 months; 3. VAS score of 4 or higher; 4. willingness to comply with the allocated treatment and follow-up measurements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cognitive impairment Combined with other primary or secondary peripheral nervous diseases; 2. use of steroid, analgesics, or capsaicin within 10 days of study entry; 3. any clinically significant medical conditionor or laboratory abnormality.
