Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In line with the above western medicine diagnosis standard, Chinese medicine diagnosis standard, TCM syndrome differentiation standard is the lung spleen two deficiency of COPD stable period patients; (2) Male and female aged 40-80 years old; (3) In a stable phase, the first 8 weeks of the group without acute attack history; (4) Bronchial dilation test negative; (5) In the first 8 weeks of the group, there was no oral or intravenous administration of corticosteroids, allowing the use of inhaled corticosteroids; (6) Before entering the group did not receive any functional rehabilitation training; (7) Without any nutritional support before entering the group; (8) Sign the informed consent form to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Does not meet the above diagnosis and inclusion criteria; (2) Respiratory failure and the estimated survival time of less than one year; (3) Patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis; (4) Pregnancy, patients with serious liver and kidney dysfunction, diabetes; (5) Participate in other clinical trials in the past 3 months, and to observe the effect of this study; (6) Disabled patients (blind, deaf, dumb, mental retardation, mental disorders, etc.) prescribed by law; (7) There is suspicion of alcohol and drug abuse history, or on judgment, can reduce the possibility of the group or other history group is complicated, such as work environment changes frequently, easy to cause the lost situation. (8) With cerebrovascular accident sequelae; (9) All other patients who have an effect on muscle function.
