Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Crohn's disease patients combined with ileus, stenosis, fistula,abscess and Conservative treatment ineffectively hemorrhage of digestive tract will excise ileum and colon and anastomse; 2. Aged from 18-75 years; 3. Female without pregnancy plans and strict birth control; 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign the consent file.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The researcher think that there may be a history of confounding results or other additional risks; 2. Patients with rapidly deteriorating or end-stage disease, in the study procedure may be dead; 3. Patients have attended other clinical trial; 4. Infliximab has used before surgery; 5. Patients with viral hepatitis or other contraindication to the use of infliximab.
