Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meet with the high sphincter fistula diagnostic criteria: (1972PARKS classification); 2. adopt ultrasound diagnosis; 3. aged 21 to 60 years old, the first time of the anal surgical treatment; 4. can tolerate surgery, no surgical contraindications; 5. voluntarily signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: any of the following criteria are satisfied will be excluded. 1. high sphincter fistulacaused by trauma ; 2. associated with liver and kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other vital organs, or tumors, malnutrition, endocrine and hematopoietic system and other serious patients with primary disease. 3. patients with high anal fistula including tuberculosis, Crohn's disease, etc. caused; 4. pregnant or lactating women and psychiatric disorders or other reasons can not cope with the governed; 5. allergies or multiple drug allergies.
