Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Antibody positive, by Western Blot confirmation tests confirmed; 2. MSM; 3. HAART=12month; 4. CD4+T-lymphocyte count absolutely rise <100cells/ul compared with the count before HAART,and CD4+T-lymphocyte count absolutely =300cells/ul; 5. HIV RNA under the estimated value; 6. aged 18 to 55 years; 7. Accord with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome diagnostic standard; 8. Volunteered to participate in this study, cognitive agreement signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe opportunistic infection uncontrol before the group; 2. Patients who participate in other drug clinical trials in 1 month before the group or now; 3. Patients who take in immunomodulatory therapy in 1 month before the group; 4. WBC<2*10^9/L, N<1.0*10^9/L, Hb<90g/L, PLT<75*10^9/L, hepatic and kidney function obstacle (AST, ALT, T-BIL=double of reference value maximum); 5. Patient who have active respiratory system, digestive system and circulatory system, blood system, neuroendocrine system, urogenital system diseases and autoimmune. diseases; 6. cancer patients need to chemotherapy; 7. Allergic constitution; 8. Intelligence or the language barrier,patients who can not fully understand the content, or give a good cooperation.
