Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the 2001 the ILAR juvenile idiopathic diagnostic criteria; 2. The first diagnosis of children with JIA; 3. Have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. kidney stone, hypercalciuria, intestinal absorption barriers, primary cardiovascular disease, lung disease, blood disease, four weeks before the start of this study to participate in other clinical trials; 2. Allergic to vita; 3. Joined the group used too large dose hormone cyclophosphamide biological agents and calcium regulator 3 months before; 4. With kidney damage or seriously diseases such as tumor,AIDS ,and researchers think that should not be selected; 5. Laws on the handicapped (blind deaf-mute mental retardation) in patients with mental illness; 6. According to the researcher's judgment has lower possibility into the group or other disease let it complicate to join the group ,or easy to lost to follow-up.
