Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 14-74 years old; 2. ASA grade I and II; 3. site of surgery: undergoing knee and distal lower limbs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. long-term use of opioid drugs; 2. puncture site infection; 3. coagulant function abnormality; 4. nerve damaged; 5. allergic to anesthetic; 6. patients with communication difficulties.
