Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 years and elder; (2) Grade 2 to Grade 6 of CEAP Classification; (3) Reflux time of GSV or SSV is longer than 1 second; (4) No deep venous thrombosis, varicose vein of lower limb is not secondary to other disease; (5) The pathological veins were not previously injected with sclerosing foam, and patients do not have systematic complications that seriously affects tolerance of anesthesia; (6) Collateral venous branch presents as crumby structure, and the structural diameter is longer than 1cm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute deep venous thrombosis or post-thrombosis syndrome; (2) The trunk diameter of GSV or SSV is larger than 3mm and smaller than 15mm; (3) Patients with severe tortuosity of GSV is unsuitable for endo-vascular laser therapy; (4) Grade 2 to Grade 6 of CEAP Classification; (5) Reflux time of GSV or SSV is longer than 1 second; (6) Patients with apparent contraindications for anesthesia; (7) Patients with obvious contraindications for sclerosing foam therapy; (8) with bad compliance.
