Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years old or more; 2. Body mass index (BMI) greater than or equal to 28 kg/m2 , weight change within 3 kg in nearly three months; 3. Agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypothyroidism and thyroid function hyperfunction, diabetes, proteinuria, liver or kidney function damaged, or other disorder may interfere with the normal execution of testing scheme; 2. Taking lipid-lowering drugs, oral glucose-lowering drugs, weight loss drug, or dietary supplements may affect the outcome of the test; 3. No ability or refuse to comply with the test protocal; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients.
