Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old, male or female; 2. symptoms <12 hours, thrombolytic indications, exclude acute ST segment elevation thrombolytic contraindications for patients with myocardial infarction; 3. willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The history of intracranial hemorrhage; 2. Within 3 months of ischemic stroke; 3. suspected aortic dissection; 4. active bleeding or bleeding factors (including menstruation); 5. serious or well-controlled hypertension (SBP> 180mmHg or DBP> 110mmHg); 6. 3 weeks of serious trauma or major surgery or vascular bleeding can not be oppressed; 7. patients with malignant tumors; 8. patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 9. pregnant or lactating women possible pregnant women; 10. To be known study drug or contrast agent allergies or contraindications; 11. patients with coronary artery bypass surgery; 12. coronary angiography revealed the culprit artery TIMI3 level, and no obvious signs of blood clots; 13. patients.
