Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

Within 3 months of ischemic stroke; 3. suspected aortic dissection; 4. active bleeding or bleeding factors (including menstruation); 5. serious or well-controlled hypertension (SBP> 180mmHg or DBP> 110mmHg); 6. 3 weeks of serious trauma or major surgery or vascular bleeding can not be oppressed; 7. patients with malignant tumors; 8. patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 9. pregnant or lactating women possible pregnant women; 10.
