Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (moderate and below) with or without hypoxemia (moderate and below) almond adenoid hypertrophy, the need for surgery in children; 2) Aged 3-9 years old; 3) parents of children signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Disable sufentanil or oxycodone drug allergy; 2. ban and monoamine oxidase inhibitors simultaneously. Sufentanil used before using monoamine oxidase inhibitors in 14 days, the FDA ban; 3. acute hepatic porphyria disabled; 4. due to the presence of other drugs and respiratory depression were banned; 5. suffering from respiratory depression in patients with disabling diseases; 6. hypovolaemia, hypotension patients disabled; 7. myasthenia gravis patients disabled.
