Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with total knee arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with acute or chronic infection; (2) uncontrolled hypertension; (3) a known history of thrombosis disease; (4) patients on current anticoagulation therapy; (5) preoperative anemia (Hb levle less than 11 g/dL in female and less than 12 g/dL in male); (6) hematologic diseases; (7) cancer.
