18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. first-time acute iliofemoral venous thrombosis; 2. first-time acute femoropoplitea venous thrombosis; 3. duration of disease=14 days; 4. aged between 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those who are allergic or have contraindications to contrast medium, anticoagulation or thrombolysis medicine; 2. those who have history of active bleeding in cranial and digestive system or cerebral infarction in the past three months; 3. those who have history of severe trauma or underwent major surgery in last four weeks; 4. pregnancy; 5. uncontrolled hypertension (systolic pressure > 180mmHg,diastolic pressure > 110mmHg); 6. bacterial endocarditis; 7. those with blood coagulation dysfunction.
