Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. written informed consent; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Aged 20-55 years; 4. Scheduled for elective hysteroscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: with incision, scar or skin infection in heju or waiguan position; the history of study related drug allergy; the history of spinal surgery; sinus bradycardia;severe neurologic systerm diseases; severe respiratory system disease; severe cardiovascular system disease; any other researchers considered unsuitable for patients to participate.
