Multiple Myeloma with Peripheral Neuropathy

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed MM; 2. Baseline without peripheral neuropathy and peripheral neuropathy appeared after chemotherapy (including thalidomide and bortezomib therapy) with level 2 or above (according to the NCI CTCAE version3.0 neuropathy severity assessment) and EMG examinations showing disturbances of the median and peroneal nerve conductions; 3. Platelet count over 30×10^9/L and no history of Methylcobalamin allergy; 4. Patients have discontinued bortezomib and thalidomide within 3 months; 5. Patients who met the above criteria and were willing to accept this therapy and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunctions, or other severe diseases (e.g. malignancies); 3. Neuropathy caused by tumor compression, nutritional disorders or infections and others than the chemotherapy; 4. Patients who refused to sign the informed consent.
