Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible subjects aged 18 years or older, ASA I to II, scheduled for Laparoscopic colorectal resection, BMI 15kg/m2 to 28kg/m2, chronic pain, and without neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy Before the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion of ropivacaine or dexamethasone local anesthetic allergies, Severe central neurologic diseases, patients with liver and renal insufficiency, history of alcohol and opioid dependence, Except for emergency surgery, hematological system diseases and Inflammatory bowel disease
