Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 1 to 18 years old; 2. Conform to the persistent and chronic diagnostic criteria of ITP; 3. In the traditional Chinese medicine purpura - qibushexue.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The platelet count<10*10^9/L, and severe bleeding symptoms; 2. With severe disease of heart, brain, liver, kidney of children; 3. 4 weeks before treatment with IVIG or dexamethasone; 4. Can not complete treatment, except as a case fall off.
