18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 79 years old; 2. Spherical equivalente/=26.5mm; 3. Best corrected visual acuity>0.1; 4. Existing significant visual field defects or progression of visual field defects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refused to sign the informed consent; 2. Failure to return in time; 3. Intraocular pressure peaks over 21 mmHg; 4. Congenital anomalies disc (Disc tilt syndrome; Optic nerve hypoplasia; disc depression or defect; etc); 5. History of ocular trauma or intraocular surgery; 6. Presence of other dieases that cause visual field damage(Moderate to severe cataracts, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, central serous retinopathy, retinal detachment, etc.); 7. Optic neuropathy that resulting in visual field damage(optic neuritis, papilledema, anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, optic chiasm lesions, after the optic chiasm lesions); 8. First-degree relatives in the presence of family history of glaucoma; 9. Physiological and psychological factors that affecting vision and OCT examination(pupil diameter <2.5mm, poor fixation, etc.).
