Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with MPN confirmed by bone marrow examination; 2. Patient aged 18 to 70 years; 3. Patient with grade1–3 leg ulcers. (Wagners classification); 4. Patient with MPN who treated with Hydroxyurea and with leg ulcer persisting for =2 weeks; 5. To be able and willing to give informed consent; 6. Patient with chronic ulcer induced by hydroxyurea which did not reach the bone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Local cancerous ulcer; 2. Allergy to test drugs; 3. Severe infection or autoimmune disease; 4. Severe liver, kidney, cardiovascular disease, or with mental diseases and severe neurosis; 5. Severe malnutrition or having a history of bleeding disorder; 6. The target ulcers above the ankle or beneath the ankle but with life-threatening infection symptoms requiring amputation.
