18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged from 18 to 60 years; 2. unipolar or bipolar depression patients with or without psychotic symptoms according to DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; 3. Signed consent forms; 4. HAMD-17>16.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy; 2. participated in other related studies in 30 days; 3. accepted ECT or rTMS treatment in 6 months; 4. history of psychoactive substance abuse; 5. exists ECT-related contraindications; 6. exists anesthesia risk of cardiovascular disease; 7. history of epilepsy; 8. high suicide risk before admission.
