Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnostic criteria: in accordance with horseshoe anal fistula fistula tube crooked complex, general more than external sphincter shallow depth, the mouth is mostly near the anus and after anal fossae, seating arrangement before, outside the mouth there are two or more, and on both sides of scattered around the anus, may have a branch to spread around. (refer to the 1975 national anorectal coordination meeting for anal fistula diagnostic criteria for classification); (2) Aged 21 to 60 years old, first line of the anus surgery; (3) can tolerate surgery, no obvious surgery contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with critical organs such as liver and kidney, cardiovascular disease, or tumor, poor nutrition, endocrine and hematopoietic system, severe primary disease patients; 2. crohn's disease caused by tuberculosis of horseshoe anal fistula; 3. during pregnancy or lactation women and psychotic disorders or other reasons can't cooperate cure; 4. allergic constitution or related to this topic drug allergies.
