20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Laparoscopic surgery; 2. Abdominal operation; 3. Gynecological operation; 4. Female patients; 5. Aged 20 to 60years; 6. ASA I, III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe fluid and electrolyte disorder, severe acid-base imbalance; 2. Severe anemia, severe hypoproteinemia; 3. Severe hypoxemia; 4. Severe hypertension, severe arrhythmia; 5. Hyperthyroidism; 6. Neuromuscular disease; 7. With history of gastric ulcer, active peptic ulce; 8. Epilepsy and psychosis; 9. Allergic to aminophylline; 10. Pregnancy and lactation.
