25 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The patients who need scaling and root planning after supragingival scaling; 2) At least one site with PD=6mm, AL=3mm on bilateral same-name teeth; 3) general healthy with no systemic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. had bad restorations; 2. received periodontal treatment in recent 6 months; 3. received antibiotics in recent 3 months; 4. being pregnant.
