Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis is based on diagnostic criteria of Western Medicine; 2. Diagnosis is based on diagnostic criteria of Chinese Medicine; 3. Males and females, aged between 18 and 80 years old; 4. Surface area of ulcer between 2cm2 and 25cm2; below the knee joint level; 5. Blood glucose<11.1mmol/L for diabetic patients; 6. Sign the informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbidities of diseases of cardiovascular system, cerebral vascular system, hematological systems, liver and kidney; comorbidities of psychotic disorders, tumor or AIDS; 2. Pregnant or breast-feeding females; allergic constitution; 3. Combined with severe infection; 4. Unstable blood control in diabetic patients; 5. Combined with neurological nutritional disturbance; 6. Ulcers caused by artery diseases, cancer, tuberculosis, radiation, decubitus, leprosis and syphilis; 7. Tendon and bone exposed; 8. With poor compliance; or with other conditions that might influence efficacy assessment; 9. With conditions that might influence the enrollment; 10. Participate in other clinical trials.
