Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 20-45 years old and in need for reproductive assistance; (2) meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of DOR; (3) receiving IVF-ET cycle treatment, and were using mini-stimulation protocol in COH; (4) the semen examination of patients husband was normal or met the standard IVF/ICSI requirements, or intended to use qualified donors sperms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) did not meet the criteria of IVF-ET (see The Technical Specification, Basic Standards and Ethical Principles of Human Reproductive Technique and Human Sperm Bank (Chinese Ministry of Health, 2003)); (2) suffered from polycystic ovary syndrome, uterine malformation, or severe intrauterine adhesion; (3) had severe endocrine diseases; (4) were mentally?abnormal; (5) met the inclusion criteria but did not?accept?regular treatments, which would affect treatment effectiveness.
