18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Admit in ICU after surgery; 2) Aged 18 years and more; 3) Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II (APACHEII) score > 8; 4) Presence of hemodynamic instability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy; 2) Patients and their families cannot cooperate with treatment; 3) Cardiac surgery patients; 4) Get invasive hemodynamic monitor within 72h of fluid therapy (central venous pressure monitor is not included).
