Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) confirm the diagnosis of immune thrombocytopenia; (2) the patients aged between 3 months and 10 years; (3) New diagnosed ITP; (4) None treatment in advance before diagnosis; (5) In accordance with the indications of drug treatment; (6) To obtain the consent of the children or / and the guardian, and sign the agreement on the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary ITP; (2) Use of other drugs for the treatment of ITP, except for emergency treatment for severe bleeding; (3) The patients with any significant abnormality of the coexisting disease or mental illness affacting the life safety and compliance.
