18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with bladder cancer need radical cystectomy with orthotopic ileal neobladder urinary diversion; aged 18 to 80 years old, gender not limited; ASA in I-III; KPS Score more than 70; no malignant tumor in the upper urinary tract.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concomitant other malignant tumors;resection of kidney, ureter or urethral at the same time; only one kidney and ureter left; distant metastasis; radiotherapy before or after operation; severe functional loss in heart, liver and kidney (heart function grade III or IV, AST or ALT >3 times of normal upper-limit, chronic renal failure); during pregnancy, lactation or pregnancy planner (early pregnancy can be diagnosed with urine HCG>2500IU/L).
