18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post-non-cardiac surgery patients; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II (APACHEII) score > 8; 4. Ventilate since interoperation; 5. Estimated cumulative mechanical ventilation time > 24h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Patients and their families cannot cooperate with treatment; 3. Cumulative duration of postoperative mechanical ventilation 0.034 ng/ml for more than 7 days.
