Conditions

acute lung injury

Interventions

control:none
OLV preconditioning with FiO2 0.6:begin three episodes of OLV for 1 min and then two lung ventilation for 1min when draping
protective reinflation after OLV:following 5 episodes of mechanical ventilation with tidal volume of 10 ml/kg and respiratory rate of 12bpm when two lung ventilation, then manual reinflation
postoperative reinflation in PACU:guiding the patients how to blow the balloon 30min after extubation in PACU
OLV preconditioning+protective reinflation after OLV:1+2
OLV preconditioning+postoperative reinflation in PACU:1+3
protective reinflation after OLV+postoperative reinflation in PACU:2+3
OLV preconditioning+protective reinflation after OLV+postoperative reinflation in PACU:1+2+3
