18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria for DOC; 2. aged 18-50 years old, male or female; 3. sudden disturbance of consciousness after more than 12 weeks; 4. DOC caused by focal damage; 5. brain structural deformation defects less than 30% of the whole brain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of epilepsy; 2. DOC caused by hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, and other global cerebral factors; 3. brain structural deformation defects greater than 30% of the whole brain; 4. have MR scans contraindications.
